# Insurance and payment

We accept most major health plans. Bring your insurance card and your doctor's order, and we check your coverage before your exam.

## Your plan

Have your insurance card ready when you book. Some plans ask for prior authorization for MRI, CT, PET/CT and nuclear medicine exams. Check with your doctor's office and your plan before your appointment.

### Screening mammograms

Most plans cover a screening mammogram in full. A diagnostic mammogram is billed with your plan's copay or deductible.

## How to pay

Payment for self-pay exams and deductibles is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, money order, all major credit cards and CareCredit. Balances over $200 can go on a zero-interest payment plan.

### Paying without insurance

Private-pay rates are available for every exam. Ask for the rate when you book.
