# Your results and your images

Two places, two things. Your radiologist's report lives in the patient portal. Your images live in PocketHealth. Both are free.

## Your report, in the patient portal

Give us your email address when you come in for your exam. Once one of our radiologists has read your study, you get a registration email. Your username is your email address.

In the portal you can read your report, see your upcoming appointments and check the preparation for your exam. Each patient needs their own email address.

## Your images, in PocketHealth

We no longer hand out CDs. Your images are shared through PocketHealth, a secure online service. Enroll once and your imaging history from Desert Imaging appears in your account.

The basic plan is free. From your account you can share your images with any doctor, download them, or burn your own CD or USB at home.

## Sending images to your doctor

Ask us for an Access Page at your visit, or we fax one straight to your doctor. With it, their office can view or import your images in full diagnostic quality.

PocketHealth is a third-party service independent from Desert Imaging. You can opt out of access through PocketHealth at any time. Talk to a medical professional when reading your imaging history.
